Summary: Codifies and extends authorization for certain out of State health care practitioners and recent graduates of health care training programs to practice in New Jersey, provides that a person who is currently licensed or certified by a governmental agency located in another State as an alcohol and drug counselor shall be authorized to practice for up to a specified period of time as an alcohol and drug counselor in New Jersey without holding a license.
